Who We Are
Founded in 1998, The Rayside Balfour Youth Centre is a FREE after-school hub aiming to create a safe and inclusive environment for the youth of Chelmsford. We promote diversity, advocate for those without a voice and create initiatives to help the community at large.

The RBYC's mission is to foster the mental well-being of the youth within the community by providing them with alternative forms of entertainment in hopes to decrease petty crime and vandalism and increase the opportunity for positive social interaction in a rural town where there are limited activities for youth to engage in.
